using this website of ROI Land Investments Ltd. and its affiliates/subsidiaries
(collectively “ROI”) and its content, you acknowledge that you have read and
understand these terms and conditions of use and you agree to be bound by them
without limitation or qualification. If you are not willing to be bound by each
and every term or condition, or if any representation made herein by you is not
true, you may not use, and must cease using, the Websites. You will use the
Websites only for lawful purposes. Any access or attempt to access this website
for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited.

ROI Group TM
ROI GroupTM is the brand under which the member companies of ROI Group International LLC operate and manage their respective businesses under license from ROI Group International LLC. Together, these companies form the ROI GroupTM network. ‘ROI GroupTM’ is a trademark/service mark often used to refer either to individual companies within the ROI GroupTM network or to several or all of them collectively.
In many parts of the world, real estate ownership and development companies are required by law to be incorporated and governed under specific domestic jurisdiction and, sometimes, locally-owned in whole or in part. Therefore, ROI GroupTM member companies do not and cannot currently operate as a corporate multinational. The ROI GroupTM network is not a global partnership, an association, a single company, or a multinational corporation. This is so even if one or more members themselves may do business in more than one country.
For these reasons, the ROI GroupTM network consists of companies that are separate legal entities. The companies making up the network have agreed to work together to engage in quality development projects, real property ownership and offerings for their stakeholders throughout the world. Companies in the ROI GroupTM network are members in, or have other connections to, ROI GroupTM International LLC, a U.S. private limited liability company. ROI Group International LLC is not a real estate developer. The purpose of ROI Group International LLC is, instead, to act as a coordinating entity for member companies in the ROI GroupTM network. Focusing on key areas such as strategy, brand, risk and quality, the personnel and Board of ROI Group International LLC develop and implement policies and programs to achieve consistent methodology and uniform achievement of objectives among individual companies where appropriate, striving to deliver high yield, secured investment on a global scale. Member companies of ROI GroupTM International LLC can use the ROI GroupTM name and draw on the resources and methodologies of the ROI GroupTM network, with particular emphasis on planning, in-depth local knowledge and transparency. In addition, member companies may draw upon the resources of other ROI GroupTM network members, their knowledge and special expertise. In return, all participating members have agreed to operate under the common requirements of quality, policy and assurance that distinguish the ROI GroupTM brand, while implementing and preserving the standards of the ROI GroupTM network as established, updated and enforced by ROI Group International LLC.
The ROI GroupTM network is not one international partnership, association, or enterprise and ROI GroupTM member companies are not otherwise legal partners with each other. Many of the member companies have legally registered names which contain “ROI”, however there is no ownership by ROI Group International LLC. Neither a member company, its officers, directors, employees or agents, may act as agent of ROI Group International LLC (including its officers, directors, employees or agents), nor of any other member, (its officers, directors, employees or agents ). A member cannot obligate ROI Group International LLC nor any other member, and is liable only for its own acts or omissions and not for those of ROI Group International LLC, nor for any other member. Similarly, ROI Group International LLC cannot act as an agent of any member, cannot obligate any member, and is liable only for its own acts or omissions.

The Website provides information about ROI and its
projects, including the services and products we provide. The Website offers an
interactive feature, accessible only for Registered users that created an
account at Juniper, starting with clicking on the “Investors Login” button. To create
an account, you will need to provide certain information about yourself and
create a username and password. If you choose to register with us and become a
Registered User, you agree you are solely responsible for your account and any
and all activities that occur under your account, including all activities of
any persons who gain access to your account with or without your permission. Registrations
may be accepted, rejected or cancelled by ROI and/or Juniper at any time and
for any reason.
ROI may add other features from time to time.
The website may contain functionality that permits you
to comment on articles; share materials; provide ideas, proposals, suggestions
or otherwise make available certain materials through or in connection with
your use of the Websites (collectively “Submissions”). If you choose to make
publicly available any of your personally identifiable or other information
through the website you acknowledge and agree that your Submissions are not
confidential; that your provision of Submissions is gratuitous, unsolicited and
without restriction; and that the provision of any Submission does not place ROI
